Vajarrh and Skrajah’s mother. Lyssiah is an enigma in of herself. She’s a creature of great warmth and understanding, yet in battle she’s nearly unrivaled among her kind. It has long since been said that Lyss has perhaps been brought to the Ashen realms by the gods themselves when they revisited the world.
Lyssiah has little use for pompous arrogance and politics. She’s a free spirit in most senses of the word, finding it better to just accept what is rather than what ’should be’, as what should be is subjective to her. She has long since retired from the days of wandering with her ‘pack’ (A party of adventurers, and her cubs) and has settled in to the North Eastern tribes with her mate Fakail, living out her existence in a peaceful wolfish way.
Being a Khavijas (Wild Wolfik) Lyssiah can seem a bit naive to most ‘civilized’ people she meets. She prefers spending her days in a hunt, or just relaxing by a fire, or pestering Fakail as he goes about his day to day routine. She’s revels in music and tribal dances, being a notable singer and dancer who unfortunately is terrified of performing for anyone outside her family or close friends. Some have said that Lyss has even given Fakail much more of a purpose in life and relaxed him immeasurable, even teaching him to hunt like a true Wolfik, which he finds utterly exhilarating and freeing.
In all truth, Lyssiah is quite wise in subtle ways. Spending a day with her will reveal a very spiritually sided look at viewing the world as it is, from an almost primal perspective. In her own words (Translated from Wolfik):
“You can’t really view yourself if you don’t exist for everything you believe in. If you dream, then that alone is only a step. If you dream of power, then you will only realize that it exists in a very narrow path, and only for a short amount of time. Dream in steps, and ask the spirits to guide you. Struggle to survive and you have won half the battle.. Dream about making a difference and then you have won.”
